fFormerly Intel's FLEXlogic (iFX) device family, FLASHlogic devices areSRAM-based devices with shadow EPROM(EPX740,EPX780) or shadowFLASH(EPX880,EPX8160) memory elements. Fabricated on advanced0.6- and 0.8-micron CMOS technology, FLASHlogic devices provide from800 to 3,200 usable gates, pin-to-pin delays as fast as 10 ns, and counterspeeds of up to 83.3 MHz. Table 2 shows the available speed grades forFLASHlogic devices.
